DUI Manslaughter

• Second-degree felony
• Fine of up to $10,000
• Prison sentence of up to 15 years

DUI Manslaughter & Failure to Exchange Information or Render Aid

• First-degree felony
• Fine of up to $10,000
• Prison sentence of up to 30 years
